Action pieces missing

Hello everybody I am new to the Bass and while preparing to give my instrument a proper tune up I have noticed that the pieces for one of the strings that you insert the allen wrench into to change the action have fallen out. I have tried googling action bolts, screws, pieces, etc... I do not know what they are called or where to find them. I am pretty sure I am just overlooking something as I would not think they are hard to find. On top of wondering what the name of these pieces are, I was wondering where to find them? Hardware store? I have looked at bass replacement piece websites to no avail.

Thank you for your time!

Take one out of the bass and go to your local hardware store.
They should have the "set screws" you need, ether SAE or metric.
