Adjust truss rod for neck swap?

I'm thinking about swapping the fretted neck on my SR500 with a fretless neck from another Ibanez. Will the truss rods be fine if left unadjusted while the necks are off, or can they be damaged in such a short period of time? Both basses will be restrung and tuned immediately, of course.

they will not be affected by this short amount of time. I have left necks without strings and without touching the trussrods for days with no ill effect. I would not recommend this for long term storage though.
