ADJUSTING STRING ACTION ON EPIPHONE EA-260
 

I just bought an EA-260 and I love it. Everything works great, but the action is rather high after about the 7th fret. The neck is straight, so that is not the problem. I lowered the bridge as much as I can, but it's still quite high. Any suggestions would be appreciated. As alway thanks in advance.

Actually, I'm pretty sure that your neck should not be straight. You need a bit of relief in the neck. Once you have that, you'll be able to lower your bridge a bit, which will lower your action for the upper frets.

The neck does have a slight bow like it should, that's what I meant by straight. I'm sorry for the confussion, that was my fault. I will take your advice and take it to the set up forum. Thanks.
