| Assuming it's the same as my Stingray, (4 string HH), you just need a 1/16" allen wrench. Insert wrench in the saddle on one side of the string, and give it a half turn. Then do the same for the other side. (I believe it's clockwise to raise it). Viola, your string is now raised. You'll need to tune it. Raising a string usually raises the pitch.
You might want to make sure that string volume is equal across the board. As Stingray_Derek said, they probably did it on purpose.
