About 3 weeks ago I had tried to contact Modulus to have the finish on my Quantum 6's neck repaired. It seems as though the clear coat was separating and flaking off near the fingerboard. After a few days I gave up on waiting for a response and sought out the help of Mr. Jerry Dorsch at Graphite Guitar Systems. He said it would be no problem to refinish the neck and he'd need it for about a week.
I shipped him the neck, he had it for a week and shipped it back. It looks and plays just like new. Moreover, I STILL HAVE NOT HEARD BACK FROM MODULUS!!!.
A big thanks to Mr. Jerry Dorsch and Graphite Guitar Systems for great customer service and an excellent job. If any of you need work done on a graphite neck, I'd highly recommend him. graphiteguitars@yahoo.com
