Allparts pickguard on warmoth?

Sign in to disble this ad
I'm hoping to put a allparts precision bass (ALL-PARTS 3-PLY PARCHMENT PICKGUARD FOR FENDER P BASS Item #PG 0750-050) on a warmoth neck and body combination.

I wonder if the extended fretboard could pose a problem, anyone have any experience?

The Warmoth site says:

Each of these necks fit the standard Fender bass without any modifications. The fingerboard simply extends beyond the end of the neck, over the pickguard.

You should be ok from what they say, here is the link.
