Alternate between CDCG and EADG

Hi. I have a MIA Fender P 62 re-issue. What would be the effect on the bass from (weekly) changing the tuning between CFCG and EADG? I will string it 110-90-70-50 or similar...

I used to do this when I had one bass. I found that setting the bass up in the middle is best. your dropping the low string two whole steps and the rest one step, so I would do your setup with the low string dropped one step and the rest a half step down. This way you wont put too much stress on the neck by tightening the strings and your strings won't get too sloppy when you tune down. Just what I did, it may not work for you, but it worked wonders for me.
