Anybody used bridges from BassPartsDepot?

Any exprience with either of these bridges? One is Gotoh, the other is 'economy deluxe model'.

I like the Gotoh because..well it's Gotoh. I know the brand. And it has 2 extra screw holes in the front for better mounting.

I like the 'economy' one because of the thicker string plate and string through option. Does not have mounting holes in the front though.

This will replace a stock SX bridge. Thoughts? Tips?

I'm assuming the Gotoh is solid brass saddles, and the import one is cast saddles.

(I've taken another gotoh bridge, and filed down the underside of the barrel saddles, and they are indeed solid brass).

You'd probably get overall better tone w the brass.

They both actually have brass saddles. But I think the SX bridge it will replace has the 2 additional screw holes in the front like the Gotoh so I'll probably go that route. Of course the other one would just simply cover them up though and you'd never know they were there. So I'm back at the beginning
