Hello, I just bought a Lakland Skyline Hollowbody 4 string which came with flats. I love the flats and will probably keep them on, however I want to experiment with roundwounds. Is there anything I should be aware of before I rip off the flats and wrap the rounds on?

Hey there mate, I am contemplating the reverse decision for my Marcus Miller so I'm in a similar boat - the one thing I do already know is that there will most likely be a tension change going from flats to roundwounds (should be less tension?) so you might need to watch the relief of your lovely Lakland - apart from that I don't think there's anything else?
