awfull vibrations from Saddles
I have an Ibanez BTB205 Bass, it sounds awesome, but since a month it begun a very anoying sound from my bridge.
I check the strings saddles and I realiced that some of those small allen screws begun to loose, therefore the saddles vibrate. also the heigth of some strings are way down.
I do adjust the height of the strings once, however it begun to loose again.
I was wondering if is ok to use some threadloking (loctite) in those screws.
any Ideas will be helpfull
(sorry for my english)
Threadlock would be o.k., just make sure it is the mild one, I think it's the blue one. You can also use some fingernail polish on the threads and that will have the same effect.
Blue Loctite or nail polish - search this forum and you'll find many long, long discussions about this.
Just a drop of blue will do!!
thanks!!! I will try the blue loctite (or fingernail polish)
