Unhappy B-string has low output ..

Sign in to disble this ad
Hello, I have a Fender American Deluxe V-strings bass from 1993. I love it in every way except that the ouput I get when playing the B-string is awfully low compared to the rest. I have good quality strings on, so it's not the strings. Setup is okay. But is there anything I can do about this? I try to play closer to the fretboard, but even then there is not much difference.

Thank you in advance!
