b string intonation BEAD

i recently converted a ThumBO 4 to BEAD. i am considering the same for a Hamer cruisebass 4 w/2-tek. i had to move the saddle as far as it will go for the Thumb. does anyone know a method to measure before hand if ill have enough room to intonate the saddle?

does that make sense?
