I was adjusting the pickup height oh my P-Bass to balance out the volume on each string, after a long time of adjusting and i finally got the correct height on the pickup. After jamming a few songs and my dad called me to have dinner, as i take the lead out of the bass, i saw some parts inside my bass fall out. I beleive is the input jack stuff.

Replacing the jack is an insignificant deal. your expense to install the pup will be (should be) very little more to replace the jack too. The jack should be no more than ten bucks.
