Badass II is it pre-grooved?

i have a badass II bridge, i dont really know much about about hardware. But i need to know if it is pre-grooved, how would i tell?

you'll notice that it has the grooves already into it like this ||| if not then you have to either DIY or have a pro do it (recc)

I don't think they come pre grooved. I have one on my jazz bass and it is not grooved.

Pretty simple. Either there are grooves, or there are no grooves.



Edit: I believe there were some pre-grooved BA II's made, but they were sold to Fender as OEM for the Highway 1 series.

They come with or without grooves. When I bought my 2006 Fender Highway 1 Jazz bass it had a grooved saddle Badass II on it from the factory. )=(

I read the title of this thread and thought the same thing.
Should be totally obvious whether or not there are slots on a bridge.

Thanks. I knew I'd seen them grooved, but a quick ebay search didn't turn up any and I know the Hwy. 1's come with grooved saddles.
