I don't have any direct experience with the Badass II, but I have been looking for one, and this is how I understand it:
It comes new like this - without grooves for the strings.
You have to file them yourself.
So if it is grooved for a left hand bass, the grooves will be "mirrored" if you put it on a right hand bass, i.e. the large E-string groove will be in the G-string position and so on. So you'll have too large grooves for the D- and especially the G-string. The two others can be filed to fit the A and E.
The saddles can't be swapped around, since the E-A saddles are different from the D-G saddles. One solution may be to drill new holes in the bridge for the adjustment screws, there seems to be room for that.
