The Bass Company neck radius?

Can somebody explain what the difference is between 12"-14" Radius neck?

I'm not sure if that means one neck is thicker than the other like the difference between a p bass neck and a jazz bass neck.

Been looking at the bass company specs for their basses.

It might be a "compound radius" - where the curvature is greater at the nut than the high frets, which allows for easier bending and less fret buzz...
