Do I need to replace the bridge, tunning keys by time to time?
Will they become "old"?

I have tried hard on tunning my bass but it always become out of tone after playing for sometime.

Thanks

Additional Information:
Actually I have just changed the strings few days ago and that's why I wounder if my gears have problem or not.
I am using a Fender JP-90 Bass Guitar
It is a second hand bass and I believe the bass is nearly/already 10-years old
Everything on the bass is original and have not been changed

No you don´t need to do that. Change stirngs. And when you do that, clean your bass.

Yep, I'd say the same. As your strings get older they stretch more easily and therefore go out of tune more quickly. The intonation will also be bad, you may be in tune on an open string but it is out of tune when you fret it at the 12th fret, say. Change the strings and if you still have the same problems put it into a tech for a setup. What is your bass by the way?

It could be any number of things causing that. Let us know what the bass is, what kind of strings and how old they are, etc.
