Bass neck warranty

unsure if this is the right department? but how would i stand if i purchased a bass neck from a supplier in the u.s. and it was faulty, would the distributer in england replace it?

In theory they should

any ideas

I dont think so why would they I got nothing out of it its a grey import

Theory and practice....sure they might be one global company to you an me, but each country division will have their own business to run, and if they replace something for you, all they get is the cost, whilst they never enjoyed the revenue. And they won't be asking the US division to help them out with the cost. I worked in several diff global companies, all struggling with grey imports, and you will likely get no joy in the UK. Maybe you will be lucky, I sure hope so for a fellow TBer but economics are what they are..
