now if you phone their head office (you might need to ask to be put through to service) - the service guys will be able to do the next two things- one is to check to see if the parts you require are in stock, second is to direct you to your local Ibby dealer where you can place a spare parts order.
The parts you need are outlined below.

Control Knobs (Balancer & Volume)
