Has anybody tried this place? They have some stuff I'd like to order but I can't seem to find any reviews on this place. Can anbody recomend this place? |

In the end it all worked out OK - but their communications skills (they don't seem to have many) are very lacking for you when you have a problem or want to return something.
There have been others with somewhat similar results and others who got just what they wanted in good time.
Your results may indeed vary very much. |

I ordered the wrong color and tried to e-mail and called several times and left a message and got zero response. They got the message though and sent the correct color I wanted. Will I use them again? Only if I need pickguard material otherwise, I can't get what I need from sites that have better CS! |

Returns/exchanges seem to be the problem. |

The parts were right - just some were not in stock --- which you don't know until after the order shows up and there's parts missing in it. |

They shipped them an hour and a half after I ordered and I just got the tuners this afternoon. All of my emails regarding the refund on the original sent were answered within a few hours. Can't get much better than that if you ask me.
