bass tuners for Mexican neck?

I want to replace the tuners on my Mexican 4 string jazz bass neck,does anyone know if the standard USA tuners will fit?or is there something in the Mex necks that may be different?thanks.

HipShot HB-7's are direct replacements for Mexican made Fenders.

specifically the ones in the middle (the reverse wind ones, TK-0790-L01)
i don't want to order them and have to fill holes, re-drill etc. due to big spacing differences

my mexican made fender 5 string jazz has Gothoh tuners stock .if thats the case with yours ill take em off your hands at reasonable price
