Basstar / Ministar Bridge Adjust

Sign in to disble this ad
Ministar owners - has anyone found a creative way to make the bridge adjustable? I just bought a Basstar 5 since I'll be traveling for my day job quite a bit this year. It's pretty cool for an inexpensive travel bass, but I'd like to lower the action at the bridge piece a bit. I've considered slotting the bridge mounting holes so I can have a little adjustment either way, but thought I'd check here first to see if anyone else has been down this road already.

Thanks

I realize this is a sort of old thread
But I have the exact same question as you do. I was also considering slotting the holes to make them more adjustable, as I (as you) would like to lower that action a little bit. Did you do anything about this yourself?
