BB614 Nut - driving me nuts

Hi there, ive got a BB614 re-issue fitted with 105 - 45 gauge which I strung up about 4 weeks ago, just recently the A strings been popping out of the nut, yet it was fine before...

could anyone shed some light on whats going on?

Sounds like the notch in the nut may be too shallow, or very poorly fitted to the strings diameter.
the notch should be at least 1/2 the dia. of the string deep.
