If your talking about smudges on the body you can buy instrument polish at any music store for like 7-10 dollars. Use a polish (can also be bought at a music store) and rub the polish on the body. Should clean up the body nice and good. I use Virtuoso Premium Polish, completely safe for the finish. Just don't use it on your fretboard or an unfinished neck!

I use Gibson pump polish and a quality microfiber cloth. One bottle lasts me years. Cheap, too.
