Best Value In Tuners

I have a five string project that I will be needing tuners for. What do you consider the best value tuner out there? Budget will keep me out of the high end appliances.

I just replaced the stock tuners on my MIM Fender with hipshots. They work very well, fine gear ratio, and they stay in tune. I paid just under $20.00 a piece for them.

But awful damn good value anyway.....
