Bongo trussrod too easy to adjust?

Hi sorry for the new thread, I have a quick question:
I recently bought a Bongo, and flew with it home from the U.S to Europe with the bass taken into the overhead. It was set up there, with very low action (too low actually, I had plenty of buzz).
When I arrived I had a little more buzz than before and by yesterday (1 day later) it become unplayable with that setting.
So now I put some new strings on it, and adjusted the neck, now it plays beautifully with a nice low action without any buzz.
Now here's the thing: the trussrod was too easy to turn. I mean I barely had to use any force to turn it. Though I couldn't move it with my hand only (It has that dial kind of thing) It works completely well and flawlessly but it's easy to turn. Is it a problem, or is it normal at MM basses (Bongos)? Will it happen under normal circumstances (not 15 hour flights, but only room use) that it sets itself by its own?
Thanks in advance
