bowed neck

hi... i got a beautiful geddy lee j-bass for my graduation.

the only noticible problem on it is the neck is slightly bowed.

do any of you guys know how to fix it?

im not an expert by any means...i dont even know where the truss rods are located in it.

any help would be appriciated.
