I bought this product off ebay, but all of the brass inserts have broken. Does anybody know where I can find replacements?
2nd question, in a pinch can I bolt my neck on with only 3 of the 4 screws? .. and yes the missing screw is on the E string side.

That said, I would recommend using steel inserts and not brass. Brass is soft and the stainless screw will strip the threads if you over tighten the screws. |

How are you going to use 3 bolts, if all the inserts are broken?
I've converted more than a few basses and guitars to 1/4-20 machine screws and inserts, and always used steel inserts.

Horrible design. The seller basically wanted to have me pay to ship the neck to him to install a new pair rather than replace the broken ones because my tools were bad.
I promptly bought another pair from another seller and they worked fine. Again, not the tool but rather bad parts as I had suspected.

You need to remove the brass inserts and go steel only. Brass is simply not strong enough for this application.
