Yeah I was wondering if you could fit like a .130 into a bridge where the strings pass through the bottom (e.g. Fender). Cuz there's some ESP basses that have those kind of bridges, and I've seen people string them like that before, I just don't know if you have to get the bridge modified. I have an Ergodyne right now and it's no problem because the bridge is an Accu-Cast and there's no holes you have to pass the string through.

put it in a clamp and drill it with a bigger drill bit. it might be kind of hard to do, but that's just what i would do.
