Bridge Screws stripped on Carvin

Sign in to disble this ad
I don't have a digital camera at the moment, but basically one of the two little allen screws that are used to adjust the actions are stripped on both the E and A so when I really beat on my bass the saddle for those strings is cocked to one side causing a horrible buzzing noise. All I've been doing is temporarily fixing it by adjusting the screws with the allen wrench that came with the bass. Where do I go from here?
