Bridge setup advice

I am going to adjust my bridge for height and length on my Yamaha RBX270.

I see that I am slightly off tune at the 12th fret and the E string buzzes a little bit when I play the 5 first frets.

Any advice?

Your intonation is off and will have to be adjusted. The buzzing could be caused by any number of things.

Measure the relief before anything else. Then the string heights at the twelfth and last frets on both bass and treble sides. If you do not know how to do this check out the sticky at the top of the forum. Mr. Gearhead (Fender) site will provide the necessary procedure. Post the information here and someone will help you.
