| Broken Screw / Graphite Headstock

Other than drilling, does anybody have any bright ideas as to removing a broken tuner "anchor" screw from a graphite headstock? The screw has snapped in two just below the surface so there's nothing to grab. I'd like to minimize damage to the surrounding composite if possible.
