building a bass

where do i start? I play a bass that i built about 5 years ago. i made it from a student bass with nuts and bolts. it has no sound post no bass bar... a real frankenstein.

the thing is now that i bought everything individually ( neck, fingerboard, nut, bridge... ) im kind of overwhelmed ... and advice on gluing the neck, bass bars, gluing the body, would help

Maybe if you post pictures & what they are ie what body etc you might get better results & try the luithier section
