Buzz on around 6 and 7 frett

Have a buzz on a 6 and 7 fret so I'm wondering what to do. To tighten or to lose truss rode? Have a slight bow now as it should be. Like this (

Did you give it a proper setup with tools and measurements or did you eyeball it?

If you eyeballed it, go give it a proper setup following one of the many fantastic guides, I personally like Jerzy Drozd's, and then see if the issue persists.

Thank you for your comment. I did read his guides but just don't have proper tool, so i asked here before buying those. I know it's not much of a tool but just don't have it in the house

Don't expect to be able to do a proper setup without the proper tools. You have done your reading - heed it.

Buzz around 4th-7th fret and nowhere else is not enough relief IME. I suggest you loosen that truss rod a tad.
