BUZZ on E string , G

I have a fender deluxe that has big buzz on G (E string) I have tried everything and nothing, Its not the nut cause no buzz on open strings, any suggestion??

It could still be the nut. It might not be sitting properly, because when you play, it obviously puts tension on it. I'd take it to a local store and get them to check it out. Neck might need adjusting.

could be the next fret up is high, perhaps lifted. Check with a straight edge and look at it closely with a magnifying glass
