Buzz on just the A string?

Hello I'm a newb when it comes to setting up my bass, but I've been annoyed recently because from the 3rd fret on my A string all the way up there's been an annoying buzz. This only happens on my A string and I was wondering if anyone had any tips/suggestions on how to remove this buzz.

Raise your action. All you need is an allen wrench and loosen those black screws how the pic helps.
