buzzing on the E string- 12th fret down?

My bass has started to have a slight fret buzz from around the 12th fret down on only one string. Any idea on what it'll take to remedy that one?

I have yet to make any adjustments to the bridge, nut, or replace the relatively old strings (over 1 year).
