can anyone recommend a good luthier for a refret

i have an ebony lined fretless WD neck that I am thinking about getting fretted. i am curious if anyone has a luthier that could fret this neck for a decent price. from what i have seen i am probably better off just buying a fretted neck but i kinda like this one...
