Can't find a bridge that will fit...Epi rockbass

Sign in to disble this ad
Hey guys I'm looking to upgrade my old Epiphone Rock bass from the string though only bridge but for the life of me I cannot find a bridge that will fit the existing screw holes. The screw holes are 36mm from heel to neck and 70mm from side to side.

Any suggestions or how would I go about installing a new one? My concern is that most other bridges are 76mm width screw holes and that would put newly drilled holes very close (IMO) to the older holes.

Its not uncommon for no more then 2 existing screw holes to match previous ones. Fill any holes that wont be used. Drill new starter holes with narrow bit with bridge on the bass. Then attach new bridge with new screw holes as needed.
