could make one, you can buy it in sheets and place your old pick guard over it, trace it and cut it out (little tricky but a good idea is to do straight cuts that come close to traced out line then carefully break it off.) CF can be sanded or you can scrape the edges with a sharp knife. center hole would be tricky but if you buy thin enough sheets you shouldnt really have any problems, and if you doubt your skillz buy two sheets they are cheap.
the only other alternative is google, if a company makes them, its likely they make them for many brands, and a Fender delux should be common enough. as for its 5-stringyness you might have to alter it around the FB and Pups but it shouldnt be that hard.

I didn't shop around at all, but this price seems plenty reasonable. can even get it backed with adhesive. onlye 12" by 12" but i think prices are similar for this thinkness.
if you dont want the realism (or work) this is a much cheaper and equally good alternative methinks.
