| Change the knobs on the bass but messup abit

I was replacing the stock knobs to some chrome metal knobs but after i put them in and tight them up. One of the screw on the knobs is kinda broken. Some piece of metal is snapped off.
The knob is secure but i don't think i can take it out again. Any idea how can be taken out? Or do i need to find a guitar tech to do it if i ever need to take it out?
