CIJ 70's Neck, 3 hole to 4 hole

I looking to purchase a CIJ 70's jass Neck to place on a Geddy Lee body and want to covert it from a 3-hole mounting configuration to 4-hole.

My question is, will I need to drill the neck for all 4 mounting holes or only the two toward the butt end of the neck. I do not have the neck yet, that's why I asking anyone who may have already performed this conversion.

I'd guess that the 2 top holes will line up and then pre drill the other 2
