Sign in to disble this ad
Hi guys, i have an Ibanez SR755 - http://www.ibanez.com/BassGuitars/model-SR755 - it has a walnut top and no clearcoat and gold hardware....i once cleaned my SR500 mahogany body with Gibson body polish and i think it ruined the finish more than helped it....it got very shiny and picked up fingerprints worse...so for this more expensive SR i want the right stuff to protect the open pore wood...im look at warwick beeswax - http://accessories.musiciansfriend.c...wax?sku=422000 - or Dunlop Cream of Canuba / or other Canuba waxes - http://accessories.musiciansfriend.c...Wax?sku=425265 - http://accessories.musiciansfriend.c...ish?sku=481867 - .....lastly how should i clean/mostly PROTECT the gold any reccomendations? i dont want the wood to look to shiny ya know...its walnut

Thanks !
