How many coats of paint are normal on a Fender MIM body?
My Jazz paint job seems to be uber thick and has a coat of clear, what looks to be black as well as the sage green.
I think I have read places where they have seen bodies that have gone through a refinish process for bodies that are over stock.
Thinking about stripping it and doing a nitro refinish in the sage green...
