Control Cavity Inserts / Source and Part #?

Yeah, I know...do a Google search. I just can't make heads nor tails of the available products.

The screw holes for my control cavity are all stripped and I'd like to replace them with the appropriate threaded inserts and matching screws. I don't have a lot of room to work with so the the project may be already kaput if the external diameter is too wide. Toothpicks and glue will work if all else fails.

I mostly use a 6/32" inside thread, that is installed into a 7/32"
drilled hole. I usually drill the hole 7/32" diameter with a brad point bit. Install a 6/32 screw(head cut off) and nut into the insert a few thread then lock the nut against the top of the insert. Put the assembly into a variable speed portable drill and thread it into the hole until the top of the insert is flush. Loosen the nut and remove screw, all done. You can also use a drill press to install, but turn the jaws by hand, put slight pressure on the insert.
