Cover for neck screws?

I just got a new (to me) ernie ball stingray but the screws holding the neck to the body are scratching up my shirts. Anybody got a solution for this?

New screws? I've never heard of anything to cover up screws. If you don't plan on taking the neck on and off constantly, maybe cover the top with a putty or wood glue. Something that'll leave the screws kinda smoothed over, but is still removable.

I've never had the problem, but you could tape 'em. Put a sticker over them. Replace them with new screws, if they're torn up.
