Crazy fret buzz in Some Higer frets?

I have an Aria Pro2 XRB series bass. I get fret buzzes:

(C)-(None)
(D)-10,13,14,15,19,20
(A)-10,
(E)- 9,10,15,17,18,19,20

I am really frustrated because I attempted toying with the truss rod but nothing absolutely changed.

I raised the string height a bit and it help but I still get buzzing.

This only occurs when I pluck between the P pickups but I get none when I pluck in the J pickup near the bridge.

Can anyone help me with this?

"Toying" with the truss rod is not a good approach. It sounds like this bass needs a proper setup. It may also need some upper fret work. I suggest a trip to a good tech is in order.

The other approach is to study how to do a setup. There are some helpful tips in the sticky at the top of this section of the forum - a good place to start if you haven't done so already.

+1 - My 1st guess is no neck relief or slightly backbowed.
