I think it is Hipshot that will do some custom work for people, I would try contacting them.

What is it that you're trying to do? Different material, taller, shorter, etc?

There's a local machine shop near everybody, I'd imagine even in Canada! You have metal things that break there, right? Your local autoparts store can tell you where to find one.

Run an add on craiglist for a machinist. There should be several in your area that have their own equipment and who like to take on small side jobs.

Ask a local auto-mechanic if there are any machinists local that does custom machine work. Mechanics send parts out to be machined every day. (brake rotors, camshafts, etc...) Sometimes things have to be custom built

It all depends on what you are needing.

i searched craigslist but
it seems that i can't spot out the mechanist section...
