If you send him the guard in to use as a template, Roger @ Jeannie's will do it.

http://home.comcast.net/~pickguards/

Pickguard Heaven also made me a tiramisu guard for my Ray35. http://pickguards.us/

If I were you, I'd also check over at the Ernie Ball forums, or check with TB member Fender32. A regular Stingray guard may fit the Ray34, and Fender32 has been upgrading his Ray34.

BTW Silverburst looks great!

Hey Bobster I was wondering did you have to send PickguardHeaven your original pickguard or can you just order them for the RAY35? Which one fits the RAY35?

Hi DeeperMusic,

I did have to send my pickguard to Pickguard Heaven. They sent it back with my new one. When you talk to them, tell them it's a Sterling by MusicMan Ray35. Tell them they made one in Feb this year.

If you like Jeannie's colors, he may be a little cheaper than Pickguard Heaven.

Bob

The Ray35 pickguard doesn't match an SR5 guard. The pot holes are spaced differently.

With a Ray34, the pickguard needs to have the new straight line pattern on the top of the pickup instead of the two lobes. You can see it when you look at the side of the pickup away from the knobs.
