Ive read alittle into but at the moment i have a dano dc bass reissue thats missing the saddle? i believe. pretty much the little wooden piece in the bridge....so anyway i was wondering whether i should look around for a new one of those or go with the dano pro bridge. i like the pro bridge but there like $50. Which would be better and where should i look?

I believe Allparts carries the current Danelectro bridge with the stick saddle.

Several on-line parts sources will have both the rosewood saddle and the pro bridge. Supposedly, the pro bridge allows for more exact settings for height and intonation. However, I've played more than one rosewood bridge that was spot on in every way conceivable.
